If you purchase a chinchilla from Bae's Chinchillas and, for any reason, at any point in their life, you are no longer able to keep them, the chinchilla must be returned directly to us free of charge. They may not be sold, rehomed, given away or otherwise transferred to another person without our prior agreement.
This requirement will be included in the buyer contract and must be agreed to before a chinchilla leaves our care. By purchasing a chinchilla from us, you accept and agree to follow these terms.
Our chinchillas will always have a home with us. No matter how much time has passed or what the circumstances may be, we would rather have them returned to us than risk them ending up in an unsuitable home.
